Choose your service and vehicle, then share the pickup location. You can use Get my current location if you want to attach a GPS pin. For transport, enter the drop-off postcode or full address. The assistant asks about running and loading condition so the team can assess a suitable collection.
Review, send, then agree the booking
Use Next to move between questions and review your answers before sending. For a future collection, choose a date and add a preferred time in your notes. Your enquiry is emailed to the recovery team. It does not make a booking, reserve a collection slot or take a payment. The price, availability and collection arrangements are confirmed with you separately.
