Give the actual pickup rather than simply saying Newport Road. A vehicle in a shop or retail parking area may be reached from a different entrance, while a residential collection needs the correct road and property. Include a map pin and any private access instructions where they help identify the vehicle.
Tell us what cannot move
A car that will not start may still roll, while a car with collision damage may have a wheel trapped against the body. Explain the wheel condition and whether it can steer, select neutral and release the handbrake when it does not run and drive. This prevents an unsuitable loading assumption.
